Twice now they have cancelled their visit to finish installing the alarms multiple hours into the day of, wasting mine and GCs time. Very unprofessional.

The Earlsfield showroom has wonderful people. We urgently needed to get keys cut and were driving from Essex and running 10 minutes late after the closing time. Alessio kindly rang as soon as he could to let us know he could keep the showroom open for us. He went out of his way to support us and were very appreciative of this. Thanks Alessio and the Banham team !

Very nice place, brand new. Alessio offered the best service. Keep in mind that in order to copy keys, the owner (landlord) has to register each key and fill out an online form. We encounter some challenges with the form and Alessio managed to solve the problem and offer a great customer experience. Highly recommended!

Went to Earlsfield branch and had a fantastic experience. I was greeted and helped by Alessio and Gio. They were speedy, efficient, and given me a brilliant service and you can tell they are deep down passionate in what they do. It was a memorable and smooth experience and I am utterly pleased. According to previous reviews Alessio was the man and I can report he still still. Clear explanation of their products followed by advise on what’s best for our particular need. Locks bought and keys registered all within a ten minute window. Thanks.

Nadine and Alessio were very helpful in confirming process and details to get keys cut. Efficient! Would be useful to explore more virtual ways to get keys cut and ordered.
